½ pound cream cheese
1 ounce Blue cheese, crumbled (1/3 cup)
Few drops hot sauce
⅛ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
⅛ teaspoon onion or garlic salt
¼ cup coffee cream
2 tablespoons fine cut chives or green onion stems

Beat the cream cheese until medium consistency, add cheese and continue to beat. Start adding cream a tablespoon at a time and beat after each addition. Mixture should look like heavy whipped cream. Do not overbeat. It shouldn’t be runny. Season with other ingredients. Fold in chives. Serve with potato chips, crackers or vegetables.
