Wine & Chocolate Tasting Event at the Common Chord in Davenport, November 7th
Off Site Wine TastingThe Jaycee's of The Quad Cities 3rd Annual Wine and Chocolate experience is the perfect opportunity to sample a variety of local and imported wines, paired with craft chocolate confections from across the Quad Cities. Past events featured live music, giveaways, and samples in four different rooms with a wide variety of tasting options for your wine and chocolate palettes. Visit us on November 14th at our Village of East Davenport tasting room and see Ed James, playing live from 5-7pm. Ed James is a repeat offender here at Wide River, playing a variety of acoustic hits, soft rock and classic jams. He has played at all of our tasting rooms and always brings a laid back, fun show; perfect for drinking wine and relaxing on a Thursday night. Holiday Train in Clinton
The CPKC Holiday Train is arriving in Clinton on November 24th. With a small viewing window of 3:15 to 3:45pm, the Holiday Train will be pulling in to Main Ave and Grant St. (just about 10 minutes away from our winery.) This is a free event. The CPKC Holiday Train will be carrying musical guests Magic! and MARIS. Magic! is a reggae fusion band best known for their hit song "Rude" while MARIS is currently touring in North America and Canada. They will be performing from the 1,000 ft. Holiday train, covered in Christmas lights.
Being in such close proximity to our Clinton tasting room, be sure to stop by for refreshments before or after seeing the Holiday Train.
