Merry Berry Dip

Ingredients

• 16 oz cream cheese
• 1/3 cup dried apricots
• 1/3 cup Craisins
• 150 ml Merry Berry Wine
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• Dash of salt and pepper

Directions

First add the dried apricots and Craisins in the food processor to chop. Next add the softened cream cheese and slowly add the wine and other ingredients until well blended. Serve with Fritos corn scoops or salty potato chips! Enjoy!
