  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons very finely chopped jalapeños
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and chill 30 minutes or longer before serving.
